MORE ABOUT JOACHIM SCHULTZ
Continuing to learn, to train, to research, always asking why, never being satisfied with “Because that’s how it is, and that’s how it’s always been done” – this is at the heart of what I am about.
At the same time, the steepest learning curve for me is practical application. In almost every lesson I teach, every treatment session and every workshop, I gain new insights through those senses that pure theory can never access.
I love my work because I am fascinated by the people who come to my practice.
The most inspiring dynamics always emerge during one-to-one training and treatment sessions. The depth and often astonishing speed of the personal strides made by my clients and by me is fostered by the calm environment of our practice, which gives people space to develop.
I am passionate about bodywork.
In my work, ideas, approaches, aids and solutions often come to me in the moment.
The knowledge I have accumulated plays a big part in this. My body also often tells me what is bothering the client or what is required for relief and simplification.
Human beings are complex creatures, and I am grateful for my network of colleagues who work in Pilates and structural integration, doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, Feldenkrais therapists, Spiraldynamik® specialists, craniosacral therapists, facilitators and psychologists. I greatly value our mutual dialogue and collaboration, which can give my clients the help they need to get (back) on their feet.

MORE ABOUT SÉBASTIEN CHABOUTÉ
Life is a journey – enjoy every smile.
I see my life as a constant progression: from a logistics specialist for an airline to a logistics manager for a pharmaceutical company; from a dancer to a choreographer; from running to triathlon; from painting to art coaching... My whole life, I have been searching for my calling, until I found it – when I discovered craniosacral therapy.
I discovered craniosacral therapy through osteopathy, and I was immediately fascinated. After getting my own sense of the powerful impact this method could have in both physical and psychological terms, I wanted to understand it better and be able to treat people using this method myself. Craniosacral therapy has enabled me to find peace and balance during challenging times. I love the respectful, mindful way of supporting people through their personal process and on their journey towards healing.
For as long as I can remember, painting has been one of my natural forms of creative expression, alongside dancing, singing and acting. Painting has helped me centre myself during many challenging periods in my life.
I gradually developed my personal form of art coaching. The emergence of the pictures inspires very profound experiences and sets important processes in motion.
