This event is for all people who identify as men.

As men, we often find it hard to talk about what moves us emotionally.

 This evening, you will deepen your ability to truly hear and see others.

 Together, we will cultivate our capacity for empathy through active listening in a supportive and inclusive environment.

 Every participant and every topic is valued unconditionally.

 Use the saftey of this space, to find the courage to open your heart and let's embark together on this journey of personal and collective growth.
