Structural Integration / Rolfing in Zurich
With Joachim Schultz
Structural Integration works with the relationship between body structure, fascia and movement.
At REalEASE, Joachim works with Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI©).
The work can be particularly interesting if you want to explore posture, movement patterns, physical tension or the way your body organises itself.
ATSI© is a progressive series of 12 individual sessions, with each session addressing a different area of the body and building on the previous work.
The aim is not to force your body into a particular shape.
It is about discovering possibilities for greater ease, freedom and efficiency in movement.

What our clients say

Our approach
Bodywork at eye level
We don't see ourselves as the people who tell you how your body should work.
You know yourself best.
We bring our experience, knowledge and perception and accompany you in exploring your body and discovering new possibilities.
For us, REalEASE means:
Real Ease · Release · Re-ease
Finding more ease doesn't mean that everything in life has to be easy.
It means discovering more possibilities – in movement, in your body and in the way you meet what is happening right now.
REalEASE from Zurich introduces itself
Our name says it all: Real Ease (true ease) - Release (let go / release) - Re-ease (slide back in)
Welcome to our homepage. We want to meet you at eye level. We see ourselves as companions and in your process.
We may have the expertise, but only you know yourself. For this reason, we keep our communication informal and generally address our clients on first name basis.
